Just what is a Lockout Bedroom / Unit?
The 3rd Bedroom or Lockout Unit is a 2nd Master Bedroom and Efficiency Unit combined.
By locking the interior door (leads to/from the main unit entry hall / kitchen area to the lockout)
you can "lock out" this Bedroom / Efficiency Unit from the rest of the condominium.
This Efficiency Unit/Bedroom still has access by a private entrance from the East Elevator Lobby
Area. This Lockout also has its own balcony, water heater, heater/air conditioner unit and kitchenette providing extra
privacy from the rest of the condominium if desired.
If you desire to only rent a two bedroom condominium, "locking out" the third bedroom transforms
this normally three bedroom condominium into a two bedroom unit.
Note: We never rent the Lockout Bedroom / Unit separately, so whether one rents the entire
3 bedroom layout or only the 2 bedroom layout, you will have your privacy.
The "hard decision" will be who stays in the master bedroom
and who stays in the lockout bedroom.
